A Place To Bury Strangers: 'In Your Heart' Stream

"In Your Heart" is the second, and best, track from A Place To Bury Strangers' sophomore disc Exploding Head. It's got a hooky chord progression right off the bat, complete with trails of slashing distortion. I also tend to like the trio's songs featuring drum machines. It makes them sound more futuristic.

The band is already getting loads of MBV comparisons (lazy), but APTBS are much closer to The Jesus & Mary Chain on every level. I'd say they're even more reckless and exciting to watch too. Listen to the track over at Stereogum:
